Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart from the catalog, then open checkout. You'll provide contact and shipping details, complete the required research-use attestation, choose a payment method, and submit. You'll receive an on-screen order ID immediately and a follow-up with payment instructions.
Do I need to be a business or institution to order?
Purchases are intended for qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions. At checkout you must attest that you are a qualified purchaser and that materials will be used strictly within a controlled research environment. See our policies for full terms.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Orders with a subtotal of $450 or more (after any discount) ship free within the US; otherwise a flat $25 shipping estimate applies, finalized after address verification.
Do you have coupon codes?
Yes — enter a valid code in the "Coupon code" field on the checkout summary and click Apply. The discount is reflected in your subtotal and total before you submit. Subscribe to our list below for occasional codes and new-lot notifications.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency (USDC, BTC, ETH) is preferred and fastest. Credit/debit card is processed manually via a secure invoice, and invoice/ACH/wire is available for qualified buyers. You select your method at checkout.
When am I charged?
Submitting the order does not place an automatic charge. You'll receive payment instructions (or an invoice) after we confirm your order, typically within one business day.

Shipping

How fast do orders ship?
Orders are typically confirmed within one business day of payment. You'll receive shipping updates by email. Transit times depend on destination and are provided after address verification.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, and the UK directly at checkout. For other destinations, select "Other (contact us)" and we'll advise on availability and requirements.

Documentation & quality

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Each lot has batch-level documentation, and a COA is available for purchased or quoted lots. Request one with your lot number via the COA request tool on the site or through our contact page.
What purity can I expect?
Products are supplied as high-purity research material (typically ≥98%, HPLC/MS verified), with lot-specific figures shown on the COA. Exact values are lot-dependent.
How should these be stored and handled?
Store lyophilized material at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light, until use. Handling should follow standard laboratory safety practice for research reagents.

Policy

Are these products for human use?
No. All compounds are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and development use only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. See our policies for full terms.
What is your return policy?
Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are handled case-by-case. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to resolve it. See policies for details.
